During the course we will look at everything from the process of childbirth, the hormones and muscles used in labour, your mindset in pregnancy and birth, tools and techniques to use in labour to help keep you comfortable, preparing your body in pregnancy for birth, navigating the maternity system here in Israel, making informed decisions, induction of labour, caesarean birth, the journey of birth- what to expect, ways you can help, pain relief options, the role of the birth partner, things to think about when your baby has been born, and so much more!
